Color Instructions

The Schwerer Wehrmachtschlepper (sWS) vehicle was developed as an average half-track and used to transport supplies to troops on the front or as a haul for light artillery pieces.

The large rear cargo area made it suitable for other operational applications.

For example, the 10-pipe battery of the 150 mm Nebelwerfer 42 rocket launcher was installed on the modified cargo compartment.

The weapon, developed as fogging and subsequently used as a real artillery capable of using high explosive ammunition, was tiltable and elevated and could fire rockets with deadly effects.
