Tapered Nipper is a fine-tipped nipper for metal that is convenient for cutting in confined spaces.
Cutting capacity: Brass wire < 1.5 mm dia, nickel silver wire < 1.0 mm dia, copper wire < 1.0 mm dia, aluminum wire < 2.0 mm dia A round blade (curved cutting edge) is also best for precise cutting without scratching the surrounding surfaces or cutting off unwanted portions of bundling bands. The tapered shape makes it easy to place the blade in tight spaces, and its 10° inclination angle of the blades enables detailed work with the tips.
